Painters/Make Ready Construction
Must have experience PAINTING HOUSES AND APARTMENTS and doing Make Ready Construction.
Job Requirement and Responsibilities:
- Painting-Spray, brush, paint prepetc.
- Apartment Make Ready experience REQUIRED, including construction/carpentry experience
- Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready" status in a timely manner and ready for new move-ins
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exterior; change bulbs, replace bad lights, plugs, switches, etc
- Check locks and keys, re-key if necessary. Check weather stripping, replace/repair, if necessary.
- Performs all repairs exterior/ interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair related to interior walls and doors (i.e., patch sheet rock, tape and float, shoot acoustics, apply texture, sand re-varnish doors)
- Perform grounds work: grounds trash/debris pick up, sweeping, pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots
- Must have own set of basic hand tools
- Must be able to lift a minimum or 40-50 lbs.
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Have reliable transportation to and from work. Will use your vehicle to go to jobs daily. (Mileage paid.)
Pay $15.00 hr. to $19.00 hr.
Mon-Fri 8:00 to 5:00
You must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. The job pays mileage when you use your vehicle to go do the make ready's.
