We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations at Moscow Glass, a window and door installation company serving the Palouse. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our books up to date, vendors paid, and customers billed.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations at Moscow Glass, a window and door installation company serving the Palouse. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our books up to date, vendors paid, and customers billed.
As Bookkeeper at Moscow Glass, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately processing incoming bills and ensuring timely vendor payments
- Sending final invoices to customers once projects are complete
- Creating and processing customer invoices and monthly statements
- Following up professionally on past-due balances
- Recording customer payments and reconciling accounts
- Making bank deposits and maintaining clear, organized records
This is a part-time position (approx. 10 -20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options. Some remote work may be possible, occasional in-person availability is preferred to allow you to coordinate with our team and make sure questions are answered.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Experience in small business bookkeeping, preferably in a construction or service-related industry
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, and basic reconciliation
- Comfort working independently and communicating proactively with our team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A dependable, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with financial reporting, filing taxes, and preparing P&Ls is a plus.
