DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary functional duties and responsibilities of the Permanent Install Tech I include but not limited to:
- Arrive at the Warehouse, shop or yard and be prepared to work at the beginning of the shift
- Follow work instruction to ensure consistent service and product quality
- Recommend measures to improve efficiency, service quality, product quality, and safety
- Maintain all work areas, vehicles and work sites in a neat and orderly fashion
- Load, secure and unload materials and equipment on site
- Notify Permanent Install Crew Chief or supervisor on site of any quality or safety related concerns
- Keep Permanent Install Crew Chief informed on all ongoing activities
- Demonstrate initiative by evaluating situations, making decisions based on facts and solid judgments
- Act in a manner that represents the professional manner reflecting the companys values and principles
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with employees
- Constantly look for and suggest ways to perform duties and responsibilities more effectively, what we call Act Like an Owner.
- Perform duties in a manner that is compliant with all applicable regulatory bodies, i.e. Texas DOT.
- Perform other duties and tasks as may be assigned by the Permanent Isntall Crew Chief or other supervisors.

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE
The Traffic Control Tech I shall be deemed to be performing in an acceptable manner when the following have been accomplished:
- The Permanent Install Crew Chief is kept informed of daily activity
- Projects and Deliveries are completed to satisfaction of Customers
- Zero safety violations or incidents within the employees control
- Returned materials and supplies from Permanent Install Crews meet Company expectations
- Successful completion of ATSSA Traffic Control & Guardrail Technician Certification within 24 months
- Attendance and participation at Company Meetings
- Other tasks assigned by the Permanent Install Crew Chief are performed in an accurate, complete, and timely manner
