A well-established and highly respected Residential & Commercial Landscape company in the Canton, Ohio market is seeking a Purchasing / Procurement Manager to support its growing operations team.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring crews have the materials, equipment, and supplies needed to execute projects efficiently and profitably. You will work closely with sales, operations, and field teams to source materials, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate deliveries that keep projects running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Source and purchase landscape materials, irrigation supplies, and related products
Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms
Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
Coordinate material deliveries to support daily production schedules
Track costs and monitor market pricing for materials
Work closely with sales and operations teams to support project needs
Maintain purchasing records and inventory systems within Aspire software
Resolve vendor issues and ensure materials arrive on time and within budget
What We're Looking For
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with purchase orders, inventory tracking, and Excel
Ability to work collaboratively with operations and field teams
Landscape, irrigation, or construction purchasing experience is a plus, but not required.
