Program Coordinator – Culture & Talent
Job Description
Summary
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Some evening or event-related availability may be required)
The Program Coordinator – Culture & Talent reports directly to the HR Director and supports initiatives that strengthen company culture, enhance employee engagement, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
This role is responsible for coordinating and executing programs related to employee engagement, recruiting support, onboarding, and retention efforts. The Program Coordinator will work closely with leadership and employees in both office and field environments to help ensure culture and talent initiatives are effectively implemented and positively impact the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, employee engagement, internal communications, or related areas
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build positive working relationships across field and office teams
Basic understanding of recruiting processes, employee engagement practices, and onboarding procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Willingness to travel to job sites and engage directly with field employees
