Project Executive - Construction Management - Base Salary to 140k/year - Fort Worth, TX
Our client, a top American-made Manufacturer & Distributor is seeking a Project Executive to oversee & manage all construction projects over multiple manufacturing sites across the US.
In this role, the Project Executive will be responsible for engaging with key contractors & project managers to drive project execution and efficiencies to scale business.
Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with contractors and internal partners such as operations, finance and engineering teams
Manage project execution processes, including supervision of team members, company assets and project development for investments
Spearhead weekly calls with contractors to discuss progress, status and communicate effectively with management
Oversee project budget and ensure costs are controlled
Review & Manage External Construction Contracts
Ensure accountability relative to project schedules
Track Project milestones, diligence deliverables, installation schedules and project costs through each phase
Monitor project progress & make adjustments as necessary
Prepare & present regular status updates & reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
Lead postmortem discussions & analyze outcomes for future improvements
Track ROI on all projects
Manage project funding requests and contractor payments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master's Degree (or equivalent 5+ years' experience) in engineering, project management or related field.
Experience in Manufacturing and Project Management Leadership
Knowledge of Project Contracts
Understanding complex manufacturing processes and technologies
Desire to learn and apply the latest technology in project management
Ability to Travel (30%)
Compensation:
Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 140k/year plus a discretionary bonus. Company also offers 401k with a match, and top health benefits.
