We are currently hiring a Field Sales Support (Project Manager) (Ideal candidate will reside in Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA or Phoenix, AZ)— a high-energy, self-starting leader who is eager to learn every facet of our concrete construction business. From sales and customer service to project estimation, logistics, and financial management, this role offers an immersive opportunity to grow into a well-rounded expert in the concrete construction industry.

About the Role: Field Sales Support

This Project Management role supports our sales team and operations team, bridging the gap between engineering, logistics, and customer service to deliver outstanding results on complex concrete construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales reps to win new business and strengthen customer relationships
• Review construction shop drawings and assist in material scheduling, deliveries, and returns
• Support job site consultations and ensure project milestones are met
• Process change-orders, assist with project closeouts, and support customer retention
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate designs and make informed financial decisions
• Address customer concerns and help resolve complex issues
• Coordinate with collections to ensure timely payments
• Analyze and improve customer forecasting accuracy
• Communicate forecast concerns to sales and customer teams
• Work closely with regional leadership to drive sales growth and operational efficiency
• Manage and maintain key customer accounts
• Provide support to the Fontana Forming and Shoring branch and assist with yard operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of concrete construction, forming, and shoring systems
• A passion for sales and a desire to grow into a customer-facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam®
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $75K - 85K plus unlimited commission opportunity. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
