Primary Responsibilities
Travel to jobsites to conduct hands-on product training for contractors to increase their knowledge about product installation, application, capabilities, and testing.

Act as key resource in providing expert and timely response to clients and internal teams on product & equipment inquiries and questions
Work with the engineering and logistics staff to ensure that customer commitments are met.
Perform a variety of skilled construction and maintenance tasks
Teach the proper use and handling of all hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
Coordinate material & equipment needs for job site with customer onsite POC
Maintain accurate logs and records
Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
Develop and maintain key relationships with customer base
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; consistently exploring opportunities to add value to the customer
