- Travel to jobsites to conduct hands-on product training for contractors to increase their knowledge about product installation, application, capabilities, and testing.
- Conduct hands-on product training for contractors to increase their knowledge about product installation, application, capabilities, and testing
- Act as key resource in providing expert and timely response to clients and internal teams on product & equipment inquiries and questions
- Work with the engineering and logistics staff to ensure that customer commitments are met.
- Perform a variety of skilled construction and maintenance tasks
- Teach the proper use and handling of all hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Coordinate material & equipment needs for job site with customer onsite POC
- Maintain accurate logs and records
- Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
- Develop and maintain key relationships with customer base
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; consistently exploring opportunities to add value to the customer
