As a Receptionist & Recruiting Assistant, you will be
the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer
service to clients, visitors, and employees alike. In addition to traditional
receptionist duties, you will also play a crucial role in our recruiting
efforts, assisting with sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to
support our staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist
visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct
incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and
welcoming reception area.
- Assist with scheduling
appointments and meetings.
- Support recruiting
efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial
screenings of candidates.
- Coordinate interview
schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with new employee
onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
- Collaborate with hiring
managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Contribute to the
development and implementation of recruiting strategies and initiatives.
- Provide administrative
support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in
receptionist or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational
abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and
prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with
recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude and
willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to maintain
confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
