As a Construction Administration Coordinator with SERVPRO, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects. We are currently seeking a Construction Coordinator. This position will work heavily with Builder Trend software, all estimators and project managers.
Prepare and submit general contractor project pre-quals.
Coordinate contract execution process promptly.
Distribute all contract-related information to appropriate internal teams and customers.
Maintain complete and accurate contract files and organization of all contract budgets, change orders, and certificates of insurance.
Scan all project documents, schedules of values, contracts, and communications to the server.
Prepare and provide project folders to the assigned Project Manager.
Coordinate and assist with collecting and preparing data for various project stages.
Work with estimators to review final estimates via Xactimate.
Obtain and return project lien waivers to clients to ensure the timely release of revenue.
Set up draws, materials selections and ensure job is closed out properly.
In coordination with internal departments, archive closeout project files, both physical and electronic, by fiscal year.
Participate in quarterly goals for the advancement of the company.
Conduct all business professionally and ethically to increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
Foster and maintain internal and external business relationships.
Respond to incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to meet project or company needs.
Key responsibilities of a Servpro Recon Coordinator:
Damage Assessment:
Conduct thorough inspections of affected properties to identify the extent of damage, including structural issues, water intrusion, smoke contamination, and content damage.
Scope of Work Development:
Create a comprehensive plan outlining the necessary restoration steps, detailing the materials, labor, and equipment required to address the damage.
Cost Estimation:
Provide accurate cost estimates for the restoration project based on the assessed damage, including labor, materials, and potential contingencies.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate clearly with property owners, explaining the restoration process, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Insurance Claims Management:
Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure proper claim documentation, negotiate coverage, and advocate for the customer's needs.
Project Management:
Monitor the progress of restoration projects, ensuring technicians adhere to Servpro protocols and timelines.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of water damage mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and other disaster restoration techniques.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports documenting the damage assessment, scope of work, cost estimates, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
