Turner Industries Group, LLC has an opening for a Regional Safety Manager to join our Team in the Decatur, AL area. The Regional HSE Manager provides management level oversight for Area HSE Managers to ensure that the Company's HSE policies and procedures are implemented to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Exempt role; Reports to the HSE Director; Develops procedures for performance of variety of duties / performs complex duties within established guidelines.


Essential Qualifications:

Provide technical and administrative direction to Area HSE Managers, including the staffing of job site JSE personnel; oversee the implementation of updates on all corporate HSE policies and procedures; interact with Area HSE Managers to ensure job site compliance with all HSE policies and procedures; provide oversight and guidance in the investigation of incidents; perform periodic jobsite inspections and prepare reports; review entries and documentation of information into the HSE Management system for accuracy; review all HSE documentation/reports for accuracy and completeness; prepare HSE related input for bid proposals; participate in the organization and implementation of HSE programs for new job sites; assist in the development and implementation of HSE training programs for employees and supervisors; assist with identification of jobsite HSE needs and strategies; develop HSE improvement tools and processes; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction


Compensation

Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement:
