Salary: : $78,000 – $92,000/year DOE + Performance Bonus

We’re searching for a seasoned Residential Construction Project Manager – Investment Properties to take ownership of high-value single-family real estate projects — from acquisition funding through renovation, marketing, and sale. You’ll be the point person overseeing contractors, vendors, and real estate agents while ensuring our investors receive consistent, accurate project updates.

Your role will blend hands-on construction oversight with strategic investor relationship management, all while working remotely. Every project you touch should reflect our commitment to timeliness, budget discipline, and quality results.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Oversee multiple residential rehab projects from start to finish.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Verify and approve draw requests based on progress inspections.
• Coordinate property marketing with agents to maximize sale value.
• Deliver bi-monthly investor portfolio reports and host update calls.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in fix & flip, REO, or residential construction management; strong budgeting and vendor management; excellent communication skills. A real estate or GC license is a plus.
