Hometown Electrical Doctor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Electrician to join our dedicated team in Northeast Ohio. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems while ensuring top-tier service to our residential clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with customers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components.
  • Provide clients with repair or replacement options based on the condition of their equipment.
  • Install and replace circuit breakers, panel boards, and meter boxes.
  • Offer tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Maintain accurate records and report to the service manager.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, including at least 1 year in residential work.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and practical application skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ownership of basic hand tools.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check.
