**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Psych/Detox RN – Days!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? - As a Registered Nurse on the Adult Chemical Dependency unit, you will be an essential member of our patient care team! **Your Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. - Conduct thorough admission interviews and systematic physical assessments. - Assess needs for services of other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care delivery. - Develop, implement, and revise appropriate patient care plans. - Document diligently on patient conditions, care given, and responses to care. - Provide patient education and facilitate group sessions. **About the Unit:** - Care for patients ages 15 and older with various needs, including: - Physiological dependency on alcohol, opiates, benzodiazepines, and other drugs. - Associated psychiatric diagnoses such as depression, psychosis, and bipolar disorder. - The Adult Chemical Dependency Unit operates 24/7, ensuring crucial support to our patients. **Requirements:** - Must float to Inpatient Adult Behavioral Health and Detox units when needed. - Previous employees of the facility are not eligible. - Experience in Behavioral Health is required. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - Certifications: - BLS/BCLS certification is a must. - CPI training required. - Proficiency in application of restraints and seclusion necessary. **Shift Information:** - Full-time Days: 7 AM - 7 PM (3 x 12 hour shifts) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!
