We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the development of custom solutions within our Salesforce environment, while also managing Salesforce administrative tasks.

Your primary duties will include:

• Working with Senior Developer and management for development solutions and direction 
• Creating and maintaining Lightning Components and Visualforce pages 
• Managing deployments between sandboxes and production environments 
• Managing user roles and permissions 
• Using Salesforce integration patterns, best practices and capabilities including APIs, security, authentication, SSO, etc. in Salesforce applications 
• Designing and Develop Processes, Flows, Workflows, Business Processes, Apex Classes, Controller Classes and Apex Triggers for various functional needs in the application. 
• Providing admin support for the organization 
• Conducting regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness. 
• Providing training and support to users 
• Staying up to date with Salesforce best practices and new features  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer 
• Salesforce Advanced Developer certification preferred. 
• Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs 
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Strong communication, critical thinking and leadership skills 
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration 
• Experience in Sales or Service Clouds 

Preferred Requirements:

• Primary work location in Omaha, NE or other Alff US office location 
• Industry-based work experience a plus 
• Team leadership experience preferred. 
• Experience in data visualization preferred. 
• Knowledge or awareness of high-volume vendor / subcontractor accounts payable processing business processes and scenarios
