What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Estimate & Bid Management: Prepare detailed takeoffs and bid packages for multi-family, clubhouse, and commercial countertop projects
  • Project Budgeting: Work with project managers to develop accurate budgets, address RFIs, and track change orders
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with overseas factories and vendors to ensure materials meet quality, timeline, and budget goals
  • Contract Review & Compliance: Stay up to date on tariffs, freight rates, and materials pricing to develop competitive bids
  • Documentation: Use AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel to create shop drawings, estimates, and project logs
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the hub between sales, project management, and vendors to keep projects on track
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of estimating experience in the countertop, flooring, or similar construction field
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bids and projects at once
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you’re confident in meetings and vendor calls
  • Problem-solver mindset—you anticipate roadblocks and present smart, proactive solutions
  • Self-directed, accountable, and experienced in hybrid or field-based work environments
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience
