About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Security Design & Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end physical security design and deployment for hyperscale data center construction projects globally. This role owns security engineering strategy from site selection through commissioning and operational handoff.
You will operate as a single-threaded owner for physical security scope across multiple concurrent builds, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of availability, resilience, compliance, and risk mitigation. You will partner cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Construction, Network, IT, Real Estate, Legal, and Global Security Operations to deliver secure-by-design infrastructure at scale.
This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment where mechanisms, standardization, and data-driven decision-making are critical.

- Assist with developing scalable security standards and reference architectures for hyperscale environments.
- Lead security scope during design phases (Concept, SD, DD, CD, IFC).
- Approve security drawings, BoMs, and system architectures.
- Drive global standardization while accommodating regional regulatory requirements.
Construction & Delivery Excellence
- Integrate security scope into master construction schedules.
- Serve as the primary interface between construction PMs and security integrators.
- Oversee installation quality, commissioning, and system validation (FAT/SAT).
