The Senior Systems Technician’s responsibility is to provide best in class support of end users via Clune’s Service Desk. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to provide timely and efficient resolutions to problems. This individual will bring a customer focused approach to meet continuous service delivery demands. The core job duties also include providing research and support for new technologies to be implemented. The Senior Systems Technician must be available to travel to regional offices, as well as occasionally provide support during on-call hours.
Essential Functions:
• Provide level 1 and level 2 support to end users including computer builds and general troubleshooting.
• Training of new employees on use of company systems and creation and management of user accounts.
• Create and maintain documentation such as internal procedures and solutions to tickets.
• Build and deploy user equipment including workstations, phones, printers, and tablets.
• Assist infrastructure team and Director of IT on department initiatives.

Job Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate with users of all technical levels
• Strong focus on customer service
• Fast learner with the desire and ability to learn new technical skills
• Able to travel overnight on occasion
• Available for on-call hours
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in CIS preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Experience with managing the following technologies required: Active Directory, O365 Suite including Office, anti-virus and security software, MDM software, Windows 10, ticketing systems, printer management, mobile and desk phone management
• Experience with the following preferred: Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, networking, storage
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology helpful
