Completing Work Order Invoices including narrative and relevant charges
Researching parts for service department work orders and confirming availability
Preparing warranty documents including photographs and manufacturer-specific forms
Contacting customers and advising them of their equipment condition and needed repairs
Operating a forklift as necessary to retrieve and deliver parts to the warehouse
Working safely by knowing and following established safety procedures
Assisting the Service Manager in maintaining the premises including checking stock levels of consumable products and arranging new product delivery
Working with manufacturers to provide technical information to Service Technicians
Proofreading, correcting, clarifying, or finishing written or verbal service narratives provided by technicians
Ordering and receiving in service parts as needed
Communicating services and repairs performed to the customer in a professional manner
Monitoring service technicianβs time on work orders (may review and approve timesheets)
Assisting Technicians in building maintenance as part of their post-work cleanup
Assisting Rental Coordinator by checking equipment in and out when necessary
Providing information on equipment onsite to sales personnel and rental coordinator

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift parts and pallets weighing up to 75 pounds
This position requires alternating moments of sitting, standing, twisting, squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, lifting heavy items overhead and pulling on a daily basis
Ability to safety operate a forklift
Must be able to work indoors or outdoors under a variety of temperatures and weather conditions
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience writing motorized vehicle service orders preferred
2 years of computer/keyboarding experience required
1 year clerical/administrative experience preferred
2+ years of customer service experience required
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Forklift Certification required
Valid U.S. Driverβs License
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
