Job Duties:

  • Schedule field staff, rental equipment, tools, subcontractors, and vendors per critical path to ensure timely completion.
  • Build complete work schedules and manage productivity on a weekly basis.
  • Provide manpower forecasting and manpower scheduling
  • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
  • Communicate with project team regarding AHJ�s, ASI�s, RFI�s, safety checks, and Product Submittals.
  • Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
  • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
  • Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
  • Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
  • Provide Project Superintendent/Foreman support duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
  • Ensure the project team has corrected all deficiencies identified by the general contractor.
  • Walk all projects weekly to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
  • Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts. Provide updates on production and forecasting to Project Managers
  • Ensure that the job sites are always kept in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
  • Perform job QA/QC checks, punch lists, and other duties as needed for timely job close-out.

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure quality of work meets and/or exceeds acceptable company and industry standards.
  • Complete Quality Assurance analysis on projects to prevent callbacks and warranty work.
  • Complete job-site walks with clients to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Safety:
  • Assures all project-specific safety requirements are met.
  • Assures all task-specific safety/competency training has been completed for responsible individuals.
  • Responsible for ensuring all staff has their personal protective equipment on at all times.
  • Coordinate with corporate safety officer for Jobsite visits and ensure a safe job site.

General Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • 5+ years experience in a field management role within plumbing or HVAC
  • Excellent computer, smartphone, and tablet skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and punctual.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.
  • Must be professional in appearance and speech.
