About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and hands-on Store Manager to help oversee daily operations, staff accountability, customer experience, and overall store performance for our retail locations.
This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high operational standards, strong team performance, and a clean, professional store environment.
1-2 years of Managerial Experience Required !!
Compensation
- $16 - $17/hour + Bonus
- Performance-based bonuses available
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure stores open and operate on time daily
- Supervise employees and maintain accountability
- Help manage scheduling and shift coverage
- Maintain professional store appearance and cleanliness standards
- Train employees on customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily operations
- Ensure all transactions are properly processed through POS systems
- Support sales growth through customer engagement and team leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene required
- Comfortable managing employees and enforcing policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be able to handle operational responsibilities independently when needed
Work Standards
- High standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service
- Must maintain a clean and presentable appearance during all shifts
- No phone use during work hours except for business-related purposes
- Must follow and enforce all store policies and procedures
- Attendance and reliability are critical for this role
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Day, evening, and weekend availability required
- Schedule may vary based on operational needs
