Description

Superintendent Duties
• Oversee daily operations at the job site.
• Make sure that the correct Site Map is being utilized.
• Used and understands our Software Applications (Service Titan/Company Cam/TEAMS)
• Orders necessary equipment, tools, and Materials
• Makes sure that all our crews are keeping up with daily logs and necessary documents.
• Makes sure all business codes and regulations are followed.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Randomly measure Pier Pressure on Piers
• Randomly measure tunneling footage
• Upload Pictures of the Jobs Progress in Company Cam
• Daily Job Progress Report - Communication in TEAMS by 3pm
• Responsibilities will apply to Foundation (Perma Pier) and Plumbing (Blacktie) Jobs

• Release and receiving of materials.
• Keep track of all exiting and entering materials using “Materials Sheets”
• Keep track of equipment and material inventory

Qualifications

Experience

  • Experience in Construction: Several years (typically 5+ years) of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on foundation repair or structural work.
  • Supervisory Experience: Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing teams on construction projects.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Skills

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide workers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues on-site and develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team members.  Bilingual is a plus 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on track and within budget.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with construction management software, blueprint reading, and other relevant tools.

Physical Ability

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work on construction sites, which may involve standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license, as the role may require travel between job sites.
