Superintendent

We're a Commercial General Contractor based in DFW that has been in business for over 45 years specializing in a variety of construction markets and successfully delivering projects throughout Texas that include Automotive Dealerships, Medical/Healthcare facilities, Big Box Retail Stores, Industrial, & various other Commercial projects.

Our team is actively hiring for a Superintendent in the DFW area to join us for a long-term opportunity.

Projects we have immediate hiring needs for are new construction Medical Office Buildings and large grocery stores.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a General Contractor overseeing similar types of projects ranging from $5M - $50M in value.

Compensation / Benefits:

• Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
• Monthly Truck Allowance

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years as a Superintendent working for a GC
• Tilt-up / Concrete experience preferred
• Medical office building and/or grocery store construction experience
• OSHA 10 / 30 Certifications
• Strong knowledge of Procore & Various other software's such as Microsoft Project
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of the building process and industry as a whole
• Extensive experience with subcontractor management
• Ability to meet deadlines and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
