Parkway Construction is a National GC. We operate in all US states. This role will also have the option to travel out to multiple states until full project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance person tasks in the restoration industry, including but not limited to:
- Carpentry
- Trim installation
- Tile laying and grouting
- Fixture installation (e.g., lights, faucets)
- Drywall repair and installation
- Follow schematics and blueprints to complete projects accurately and efficiently
- Painting and touch up work
- Proven experience in a maintenance person role, preferably in the restoration industry
- Proficiency in various maintenance person skills such as door hanging, masonry, tile laying, fixture installation, and trim/wood work.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
