As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Vice President of Construction. An individual who can help establish, refine, and enhance operational procedures across multiple aspects of the business including estimating, project delivery, HR, accounting, and more.
You will ideally be an experienced construction executive with a proven background in implementing operational improvements whilst working with an expanding company and be comfortable operating across multiple departments and business areas. Strong people skills, a big picture visionary, and the ability to analyze and implement will be key factors in succeeding in this exciting leadership opportunity.
