Experienced Driver and Installer of Vinyl Windows & Doors
- Other trade experience highly valued and considered as well
- Constructions experience is preferred
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Duties
- Operate company vehicle responsibly and transport all products and crew members
- Installing Avanti window and door products into newly constructed homes
- Properly executing designated flashing and install methods
- Effectively communicating field issues and areas of improvement
- Helping and supporting team members
- Always Following company safety guidelines
QualificationsQualifications and Skills
- MUST provide MVR (Type 2 Report; $6) for approval during application/resume consideration period [dps.texas.gov] if interested in driving responsibilities
- Looking for leaders with the ability to listen and advance
- Strong sense of accountability
- General Home Construction experience a plus
- Window installation and remodeling experience a plus
- Willing to learn AIM method, on-the-job training from day one
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to safely climb a ladder climbing high ladder levels
- Ability to follow OSHA fall protection procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times per day
- Positive interaction with fellow crew members and customers
