Job Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a pivotal role in the financial health of the organization by managing and ensuring the timely receipt of payments from clients. This position involves maintaining accurate records of outstanding invoices, conducting regular follow-ups, and implementing collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Generate accurate and timely invoices for services rendered or products sold, ensuring all charges are correctly itemized.
• Payment Tracking and Allocation: Monitor incoming payments, apply them to the appropriate accounts, and reconcile discrepancies in payments or accounts.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and payment reminders through professional and courteous communication channels.
• Reporting and Analysis: Utilize tracker to record payments and review accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and summary of collection activities.
• Compliance and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and legal requirements related to billing and collections, ensuring all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable laws.

Required Qualifications:.

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role within a finance department.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
