POSITION SUMMARY:
The Area Construction Manager (ACM) manages construction managers to ensure homes are built to FAH quality and standards. This role will directly supervise a portion of the Division’s Construction Manager group and ensure they are properly trained and highly effective at their job. The ACM ensures performance metrics are met or exceeded on all homes in the Division for the categories of construction schedule adherence, production, quality, customer satisfaction, customer service, profit and loss, and safety compliance. The ACM routinely checks neighborhoods to inspect and ensure Company guidelines and standards are being followed while also constantly developing his/her team. The ACM will recruit, develop, manage, lead, and motivate their team to achieve their strategic business plan and metrics. The ACM will lead their team to operate under the intentions of our Safety 1st Culture.
