Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial construction job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

-Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

-Enforce safety policies and protocols to ensure a secure job site in line with OSHA regulations and Dunhill's safety program.

-Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, addressing any challenges promptly.

-Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure that all work complies with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.

-Lead post-project reviews with teams to evaluate successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent, overseeing projects from start to finish.

-Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects (such as office renovations, tenant improvements, or public work).

-Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and local building codes.

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

-Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-Proficiency in project management software and digital tools is a plus.
