Full-time Onsite Direct Hire Pay Rate: DoE Position Summary The Construction Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of a construction company, including job cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, AR, AP, Certified Payroll, OCIP etc… This role manages the accounting department and ensures accurate reporting using construction-specific accounting systems (FoundationSoft). Key Responsibilities Financial Management
Oversee all accounting operations including AP/AR/payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage company cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and construction industry accounting standards.
Construction and Job Cost Accounting
Manage job cost reporting and WIP (Work-In-Progress) schedules.
Monitor project budges, cost codes, and profitability.
