Clean Scapes, the largest commercial landscaping company in Texas, is hiring for a Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our growing team. • Strong knowledge and interest in landscape construction techniques
• Dependable, punctual, and a person of your word
• Proactive, reliable, and clear communicator
• High integrity and honest work ethic
• Service-oriented, with a focus on quality
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required

Role + Responsibilities:

• Execute landscape construction projects under the direction of Foremen and Project Managers
• Use a variety of hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
• Assist with tasks such as planting, hardscaping, irrigation, grading, and installation of other landscape features
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team, maintaining clear communication to ensure projects stay on track
• Maintain equipment, materials, and uniforms with care and responsibility
• Attend training sessions and obtain certifications as needed or as directed by supervisors
• Follow Clean Scapes’ safety protocols and best practices at all times
• Other tasks as needed to support project completion

Physical Demands:

• This role requires heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and performing various physical tasks in varying weather conditions
• Strong focus on safety and awareness when handling equipment and machinery
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the work environment
