About the Role
LotusWorks is seeking experienced Construction Managers (MEP) to support the delivery of large-scale, high-tech facility construction projects. These roles will manage the installation, integration, and commissioning of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Process systems within an advanced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Multiple openings are available across the following disciplines:
- Plumbing & Fire Protection
- Process Mechanical
- Process Waste
- Ultrapure Water (UPW)
- High Purity Systems
- Electrical
- Instrumentation & Controls (I&C)
- Trestle / Offsite Modular (OSM)
Each Construction Manager will oversee construction execution, contractor coordination, scope, schedule, budget and quality/safety performance within their assigned scope.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of assigned MEP discipline scope from design through commissioning.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment of design intent and construction execution.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are achieved.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Drive schedule adherence, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure installation quality and system integration across mechanical, electrical, and process interfaces.
- Support commissioning activities and turnover documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, as-builts, and QA/QC documentation.
- Conduct regular coordination and safety meetings with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in construction processes and procedures.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years’ experience managing construction scopes within large industrial or high-tech manufacturing environments (Semiconductor, Pharma, or Data Centre preferred).
- Proven track record leading MEP construction activities through all project phases.
- Strong knowledge of relevant systems (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process).
- Excellent ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance requirements (NEC, NFPA, OSHA, etc.).
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and fast-paced construction schedules.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
Education / Licenses / Certifications
- Trade Certification or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
- Additional certifications in project management, safety, or discipline-specific areas are advantageous.
