Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, thermostats, and equipment (furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, etc.).
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant codes and manufacturer guidelines.
- Connect HVAC systems to fuel, water, or refrigerant supply lines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper functioning of systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete jobs on time.
- Complete installation reports and documentation accurately.
- Tool handling:
Learning to use various HVAC tools and equipment safely and properly, including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments. - Schematics:
Reading and understanding schematics to understand system layouts and component locations. - Safety protocols:
Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations related to working with HVAC systems. Maintain and clean and safe jobsite. - Customer service:
Interacting with customers in a professional manner, providing basic information about HVAC and Educate Clients on system operations and maintenance. - On-the-job training:
Actively learning from experienced technicians by observing their work, asking questions, and participating in discussions about system operations and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Pay: $18 to $25 per hour DOE
