What you'll do
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners etc.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Measure, cut, and assemble duct and sheet metal under supervision
- Support technicians with job setup, cleanup, and safe equipment operation
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and job-specific instructions
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and customers
- Participate in training and on-the-job learning to advance HVAC knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and all-weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Must be punctual, reliable, and presentable on the job
Required Experience:
3+ Years Experience
EPA 608 Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
Preferred but not required:
Journeyman Exam
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 Hours
- Monday to Thursday
