Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused LCPTracker Service Support Specialist to provide front-end support and training to contractors and subcontractors utilizing LCPTracker. This role involves assisting users with system navigation, troubleshooting payroll uploads, and ensuring compliance with required payroll reporting procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in managing software support or compliance within a construction-related environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-end support to subcontractors and contractors using LCPTracker for payroll reporting and compliance.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions for subcontractors on LCPTracker functionalities and tasks.
  • Guide contractors and subcontractors through the process of uploading payrolls into LCPTracker and completing required payroll-related tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues related to payroll entry and reporting.
  • Manage user access by creating and maintaining login credentials for subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws regarding certified payroll reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance user experience.
  • Document and report system issues to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to LCPTracker and certified payroll compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in LCPTracker software support, payroll compliance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of construction industry labor compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and assist users with software-related inquiries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead training sessions and effectively present information to groups.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
