We're hiring an experienced window installer / commercial glazier with 4+ years of experience in the field.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
  • Unload delivery trucks and prepare work trucks with supplies for the day's jobs.
  • Inspect incoming material orders for damage or mistakes.
  • Cut glass, mirrors, screens, and other materials for upcoming jobs.
  • Meet clients at their homes to prepare job sites for construction.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with clients.
  • Remove old windows, glass, or doors and install new products cleanly and efficiently.
  • Safely use power and hand tools to complete installations.
  • Keep the job site clean throughout the installation and complete a thorough cleanup at the close of construction.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, friendly attitude, and supportive demeanor with teammates.
  • Train junior staff and uphold high standards of behavior and craftsmanship on the job site.

What Skills Are Required?
  • 4+ years of carpentry or construction experience, or 2-4+ years of window and door installation experience.
  • Commercial glazier experience is a plus.
