Mr. Pool Leak Repair is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Office Coordinator with experience in dispatch, customer service, and sales to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling service calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with sales inquiries. • Answer inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for pool leak detection and repair jobs.
• Follow up with customers regarding service appointments and job completion.
• Assist customers with sales inquiries, pricing, and service recommendations.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of appointments, customer interactions, and work orders.
• Work closely with field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion.
• Process customer payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Experience in customer service, dispatching, or sales (preferred in service industries like pool repair, plumbing, HVAC, automotive repair, or home services).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
