- Inspect, diagnose, and locate leaks in residential and commercial pools using specialized equipment.
- Perform repairs on pool structures, plumbing, and filtration systems.
- Conduct pressure tests, dye tests, and sonar detection to pinpoint leak locations.
- Communicate findings and repair options to customers in a professional manner.
- Use various sealing and repair techniques to ensure long-lasting solutions.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Travel to job sites and provide on-site evaluations and repairs.
- Document work performed and report to supervisors.
- Represent Mr Pool Leak Repair with professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in a similar role or field (plumbing, pool maintenance, construction, etc.).
- Experience with cutting repair, patching, and finishing concrete.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using technology and diagnostic tools.
- Valid driver's license (for travel to job sites).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
