Key Responsibilities:  

A Termite Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation: 

  • Drill/Rod soil area around foundation for buildings/homes (Post Construction)
  • Occasional trench and treat and rodding.
  • Treat interior wall void after drywall is installed.
  • Provide interior apt inspection.
  • Maintain, inspect, and sell Termite Bonds and Termite bait stations.
  • Meet with General Contractors before, during and, after treatments are completed.
  • Visit with new potential customers.
  • Able to work outside.
  • Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers. 
  • Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations. 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs. 
  • Use all safety equipment as instructed. 
  • Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc. 
  • Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Termite License preferred. 
  • Termite experience or Termite License required.
  • Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person. 
  • Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills. 
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.  
  • Able to work outside Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. 
  • Self-motivated and results driven. 
  • Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record. 
  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
