Position Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding buyers and investors through the purchase process, and driving transactions from initial inquiry to closing. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and a proactive approach to follow-up and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound buyer and investor inquiries
- Conduct consultations and property tours
- Manage and maintain active CRM pipelines
- Execute consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
- Represent the Neu Real Estate Group brand with professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Indiana real estate license (or in process)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization and accountability
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
