• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct pre-construction and on-site meetings to coordinate efforts among project teams.
• Oversee procurement, building permits, and contract scopes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with superintendents to align material, manpower, and equipment needs with project timelines.
• Monitor and address project progress, safety compliance, and cost overruns.
• Maintain current and accurate project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure seamless project closeouts, including walkthroughs, punch lists, and warranty issue coordination.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and innovate operational processes.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial general contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Sage, or similar construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and resolving conflicts.
• Deep understanding of general contracting principles, project scheduling, and financial analysis.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
