Superintendent

Our Superintendents are the leaders who bring projects to life in the field, ensuring every detail is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.  We’re looking for a Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Why This Role Is Right for You:

You’re someone who enjoys being on-site and in the action. You know how to manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and keep a job site running smoothly. You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and understand how strong leadership in the field directly impacts the success of a project.

If you take pride in building high-quality multifamily communities and leading teams to deliver outstanding results, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from start to finish.

  • Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, including tracking progress against critical milestones.

  • Partner with the Project Manager to manage the overall project plan and address supply chain or procurement needs.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project plans and specifications.

  • Champion job site safety by enforcing company safety programs and OSHA standards.

  • Coordinate inspections, utilities, and materials to keep construction moving efficiently.

  • Lead weekly site meetings and participate in Owner–Architect–Contractor meetings.

  • Manage the punch list, substantial completion, and final turnover process.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, subcontractor progress, and project reporting.

  • Review subcontractor invoices and monitor RFIs, submittals, and change documentation.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 5+ years of experience successfully leading multifamily construction projects.

  • Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.

  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and job site operations.

  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore and scheduling tools.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple moving parts on a job site.

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management preferred (not required).

  • A mindset that reflects our values: diligence, integrity, humility, teamwork, and a winning mindset.

Benefits Package:

  • Health Benefits: Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance
  • Wellness Benefits: Employee Assistance Program
  • Virtual Doctor Visits
  • Retirement Planning: 401k program with a company match
  • Employer-Paid Life Insurance
  • Paid Time Off- Personal Time, Birthday, Diversity Day, and 8.5 Holidays.
