Technician (Level II)

Role and Responsibilities

• The Level II Technician is familiar with Daily Reports and JSA
• The Level II Technician has the ability to read understand blue prints and other construction documents
• The Level II Technician can work as an induvial or within a crew in a professional and safe manner.
• The Level II Technician is familiar with a variety of cable management systems
• The Level II Technician can perform daily wire pulls as directed by supervisor/lead technician
• The Level II Technician can properly terminate low voltage cabling to field devices
• The Level II Technician will perform Daily clean up as required
• Standard working hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm including a one-hour lunch break (mandatory to take each day unless approved by Supervisor)
• Working overtime, weekends, holidays, as required due to scheduling or client request. On call duty may be required due to scheduling, client needs.
• The Level II Technician is willing to work in all types of weather conditions hot, humid, wet and cold in a safe manner.
• The Level II Technician must be able to lift 50 lbs., walk long distance on various types of soil and floors, in enclosed areas, reduced light conditions and work from various heights in a safe manner.
• The Level II Technician can work within field of expertise and also work in non-related structured cabling fields due to scheduling; client needs or DSC needs in a safe manner.
