Role and Responsibilities

  • The Level III Technician should be familiar with filling out Daily reports and JSA
  • The Level III Technician has the ability to read and understand blue prints and other construction documents
  • The Level III Technician should be able to work as an induvial or within a crew in a professional and safe manner.
  • The Level III Technician can plan and implement cable management systems
  • The Level III Technician can set up and preform daily wire pulls as directed by supervisor
  • The Level III Technician can properly terminate low voltage cabling to field devices
  • The Level III Technician shall field coordinate with GC and other trades to accomplish project install.
  • The Level III Technician will prepare basic documentation such as drawings and submittals, quotations, inspection reports, and record of completion reports in conformance with project specifications and applicable codes and standards.
  • Standard working hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm including a one-hour lunch break (mandatory to take each day unless approved by Supervisor)
  • Working overtime, weekends, holidays, as required due to scheduling or client request. On call duty may be required due to scheduling, client needs.
  • The Level III Technician can work in all types of weather conditions hot, humid, wet and cold in a safe manner.
  • The Level III Technician must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • The Level III Technician will work within field of expertise and also work in non-related structured cabling fields due to scheduling; client needs or DSC needs in a safe manner.
