Key Responsibilities:
Estimate/Install mechanical heating controls systems.
Set up, program, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems (including smart stats, zoning panels, relays, sensors, etc.)
Test system functionality, airflow, pressures, and water flow to ensure optimal performance (Could be a split responsibility.)
Interpret plans, wiring diagrams, and submittals accurately
Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and internal team members
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and applicable codes
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the mechanical/HVAC trade with a focus on hydronics and controls (Not sure what you think here?)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Familiarity with high-end residential systems and expectations
Proficient with control brands such as Tekmar, Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, or Innotech a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with geothermal or hybrid systems
Familiarity with luxury home construction and high-performance equipment.Β
